Falco’s 6th Annual Woodworks Residency returns June 3–28 to Traverse City, MI!
A professional artist playground rooted in craft, carved by curiosity, and grown through community.
This year, Woodworks Performance Residency will welcomes 8-12 artists across choreography, dance, film, technology, and music, alongside 4 apprentices, new community partners, and mentors.
What We Provide:
- $1,200 artist stipend
- Inner-city housing and transportation
- Daily company classes and rehearsal space
- Fully produced and filmed performance events
- Nature immersion, labs, and workshops
- Community teaching opportunities
- Photos and video media documenting creative process and performances
This is a space to play, try the crazy ideas, fall on your face, find something curious, share with others, connect the dots, and question everything. Woodworks is designed to light up and challenge patterns of process and personal voice
